of international terrorism and our consideration of the Omnibt:.3
Anti-Terrorism Act (S. 2236) now pending before the Committee,
a recent report prepared by the CIA has come to our attention:.
This report, International Terrorism: The Problem of Patron
State Support would, we Believe, greatly assist the Committee'3
efforts in developing a comprehensive legislative measure with
respect to terrorism. We would appreciate receiving a copy of
this report as soon as possible.
