Their answers are outlined below. S. 1893 (Biomedical and Behavioral Research): Mr. Stimpson said that all views letters were being held until the status of the bill becomes certa b . Senator Kennedy may or may not pursue it next session. S. 2 ("Sunset Legislation"): Mr. MacRae indicated that the Uhite house is taking care of all negotiations with Congress and that no views letters will be cleared while that is going on. H.R. 9705 (Special Prosecutor): Mr. Caristrom has sent the letter to Justice, State, Defense, NSC.,and the White House for coordination. Responses are due by 13 January 1978. S. 1721 (Amend exemption to 5 U.S.C. 553): Mr. Caristrom said that, DOD has asked its components to comment by 6 January. He has told the Committee that he is holding all views letters. He indicated a possibility that he may clear other letters before DOD responds. S. 1974 (Add Small Business section to A.P.A.): Mr. Caristrom said he
