One outstanding questio~i is to determine the process that is currently in being for briefing the SCC on "sensitive" operations. I told O'Connell that it appeared that considerable research might be required to answer the Subcommittee's latest questions and that it migh take a week or so to come up with the answers which the Subcommittee sought. I told O'Connell that I would forward the letter to the National Foreign Assessment Center so that it could begin working on the Subcommittee's request and that I would be back in touch with him the following week. 24. (Internal Use Only - GMC) LIAISON Called Mike Glennon, Legal Counsel, Senate Foreign Relations Committee, to confirm that his meeting with the A/DDO was scheduled for Wednesday, 4 October 1978, at 2:00 p.m. at Headquarters.
