SUBJECT: Information for Loch Johnson
1. The following arc attached in response to your
memoranda of 3 August 1978:
a. a description of the "Brookings Luncheons"
which we have been sponsoring since 1967 as part of
their Conference of Business Executives in Federal.
Government Operations.
b., a list of Brookings Conferences attended
by Agency personnel during 1977-78. OTR has no other
current contacts with the Brookings Institution. We
have had no relationships with the American Enterprise
Institute.
2. Since the beginning of FY 1978, OTR has utilized
the services of 47 individual professors, representing 32
colleges and universities, as guest speakers in our various
courses. Total payments to these speakers amounted to
