I am returning the copy of the. 16 August 1978
transcript of the house Permanent Select Comm:i.ttce on
Intelligence Subcommittee on Evaluation on the subject
of terrorism which Chairman Edward P. Boland forwarded
to Admiral Turner on 31 August. 1978. Corrections have
been marked :i.n pen and. have been flagged by check marks
in the mar. gin.
I am also forwarding answers to the questions which
were included in the transcript (pages 48--52 and pages
57-59) as well as the additional questions, forwarded by
Mr. Richard Giza on 22 September 1978.

without running the risk of being misleading or inaccurate.
If there are portions of the transcript which the Committee
believes would be useful in unclassified form, we will. be
pleased to review those portions of the transcript. to determine
whether or not they could properly be declassified.
