asked if we could furnish hicn. with a copy. I told him that since the
White House had released the document we did not have copies and
suggested that lie call Jocly Powell, which he said he would do.

Senate Select Committee on Intelligence: staff, who gave rue the Corn:mi.t:tce's
schedule for next week. An open charter-related hearing is scheduled for

was contemplating asking for referral of S. 2236, the terrorist bill, and
in this connection would like to know if the Agency had any problems with
the bill. I told Taylor I would bring this to the attention of
OLC, who is handling the bill for our office and she would Contact irn directly.
