In the course of the Committee's inquiry into the subject
of international terrorism and our consideration of the Omnibus
Anti-Terrorism Act (S. 2236) now pending before the Committee,
a recent report prepared by the CIA has come to our attention.
This report, international Terrorism: The Problem of Patron
State Support would, we a ieve, greatly assist the Committee's
efforts in developing a comprehensive legislative measure'with
respect to terrorism. We would appreciate receiving a copy of
this report as soon as possible.
