has no specifics on why it is going to take longer to build the
DIA building if CIA is in it.
Bolling We'd like to have a little table that shows'the date
for starting design, completing design, the date for starting,
environmental approvals, A:CFC approvals, the date for starting
construction, completing construction for the DL4 building at CIA
and.at Bolling. I'd like to see the dates for terminal occupancy
for how long; and then his recommendations on how to propose
of the present DIA buildings that would be vacated when they move
into the new building and which ones of those can be extended,.'

to know at what stage the design for the DIA building is; they -have designed
a building several ti.-ms according to my understanding,, but each time k1either
the price or the size of the building has changed. Do they have anything
in hand today that really suits the building they are going to talk about
constructing at Bolling with fiscal '79 funds. Ask him also if they have
to get any Capital Planning Commission environmental impact statements or
other approvals for Bolling just as they do for construction at CIA. I
a
suspect if the building is changed any at Bolling they have to go back and
get all those things over again, and I feel confident they don't have a

him to pick up all the arguments he can for why it ought to be built at
building already designed for Boiling. Beyond that, tell
CIA instead of the ones he has done in the other direction. I want to
see the pros and the cons; all I got was the cons in his study.
