In an attempt to get to know one another better and to anticipate
future liaison problems for the Intelligence Community with the benefit
of experience gained from this Congress, I would like to suggest a
conference to be held on 17 and 18 October 1978 at a classified training
center close to the Washington area. I would like to invite you to attend
and to include any others on your staff whom you feel appropriate.
Enclosed is a list of invitees and a suggested agenda. Would you
please advise me of any other matters you feel should be included.
We would like to make this meeting a useful session for all of us.
I welcome any suggestions you may have toward this end.
