notes taken on 16 January 1978,when the following people were in

Schneider, Representative Jack F. Kemp's (R., N. Y.) Defense Analyst,
who requested a copy of the report released yesterday entitled "Dollar
Cost Comparison of Soviet and U. S. Defense Activity." The document
was forwarded to him this date.
STAT 3.1 1 EMPLOYMENT Sent via mail to Sally
Greenspan, in the office of Representative Stewart McKinney (R., Conn.),
a copy of the Agency factsheet on the Summer Graduate Studies Program,
per her earlier request. I informed her that the deadline for the 1978
Program was 1 January 1978, but she asked for the factsheet anyway.
