Special Security Center research into the SCI clearance status of the members of the Fraser Subcommittee of HIRC reflects the following: Michael Hirschman and Indoctrinated for SI and?TK Lawrence Sulc on 26 August 1977, but neither were asked to sign the SI or TK secrecy oaths. Robert Boettcher, - Indoctrinated for SI and TK on Fred Rayano and 12 September 1977, but none Beverley Lumpkin were asked to sign the SI or TK secrecy oaths. William Garvelink and - Despite entry in OLC Log, these Sue Slotnick two did not attend the SI and TK security indoctrinations given Sulc and Hirschman on 26 August. 2. The Special Security Cente will not insist on having all these Staff Members sign (or r sign) the required secrecy oaths. However, Mr. Garvelink and Miss Slotnick should be contacted to determine for certain what indoctrinations they attended, where they were conducted and who did the presenta- tions.
