SUBJECT: _ Clearance Access for Member of Senate
Select Committee on Ethics
1. In response to your letter. of 8 February 1978 and.
pursuant to the 31 August 1977 Memorandum of Understanding
between the Attorney General and the Senate Select Commit-
tee on Ethics, I have randum and STAT
supporting material o as supplied
to the Senate Select Committee on Ethics by the Director of
the Federal Bureau of Investigation. I find that she meets
the requirements of Executive Order 10450 for access to
classified information up to and including Top Secret. She
also meets the criteria for access to sensitive compartmented
information as set forth in Director of Central Intelligence
Directive No. 1/14, dated 13 May 1976.
2. In accordance with the verbal understanding between
the Senate Select Committee on Ethics and this Agency,
returned herewith are the summary memorandum containing the
results of the investigation and supporting material on the
above mentioned individual.
