of Legislative Counsel to Africa Division
1. I I at the request of Chief/AF, has been
detailed from the OLC to AF for an indefinite period of time
to assist me on the Stockwell allegations and related matters
2. OLC, although willing to continue to pay his salary,
requests that we pay overtime which 0 accrues in our ser-
vice. I concur with that decision. The suggested way to
handle the same is for OLC to continue to pay him, both
salary and overtime, and at the end of his tenure with AF,
present AF with an accounting for the overtime portion of
the payments.
3. This has been done by OLC in the past under similar
conditions and is probably the easiest method available.
