SUBJECT: Clearance Access for Members of Senate
Select Committee on Intelligence
1. In response to Mr. Miller's letters of 13 April 1978
and pursuant to the 23 July 1976 Memorandum of Understanding
between the Attorney General and the Senate Select Committee
on Intelligence, I have reviewed the summary memoranda and
supporting material on Ms. Rosemary C. Tascione and
Ms. Alexandra M. Tomalonis, as supplied to the Senate Select
Committee. by the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investi-
gation. I find that they meet the requirements of Executive
Order 10450 for access to classified information up to and
including Top Secret. They also meet the criteria for access
to sensitive compartmented information as established by
Director of Central Intelligence Directive No. 1/14, dated
13 May 1976.
2. In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding
of 21 January 1977 between the Senate Select Committee and
this Agency, returned herewith are the summary memoranda
containing the results of the investigations of the above-
mentioned individuals.
