3. Eisenhower agreed that something needed to be done about the
Freedom of Information Act, and on the subject of unauthorized dis-
closure of the identities of intelligence personnel. He was not
enthusiastic about the idea of including initiatives on these matters
as separate titles in the Intelligence Authorization Bill, however.
4. Eisenhower noted that the SSCI would be taking a look at the
impact of the Freedom of Information Act on the Intelligence
Community in 1979.
