11. I told them of my concern with th case. They
were partly familiar with it. They agreed that we should stand together
on this one. Th 't ready to be sure they were going to take a
position against aving a clearance though they seemed inclined
in that direction. will hold my letter further until I hear from
them that they are willing to stand with us.
13. I mentioned our plan to go to a centralized compartmented
clearances program for Congressional staff. The Secretary wasn't
aware of this but thought it sounded good and would check if they
had any problems with it.
