I just wanted to assure you that I have very much
in mind your letter of 29 November concerning your
interest in providing the public with information
concerning the measurement of U. S. arms sales to
less developed countries in terms comparable to those
of the Soviet Union.

matter in light of the methodology involved and we are
hopeful that we can come up with a product responsive
