Staff Members Review of Agency Files on
1. (S) David Shaw and Jean a , SSCI staff, reviewed
IG and OS files on the ase. Due to the
ground rules set forth y OS and IG, the staffers were not
allowed to take notes of the material, but w
clip any pages that they wanted copies of. OS, 25X

OS material. The only notes taken by the staffers concerned
the discussions they had with concerning the 25
ground rules regarding their use of OS material.
2. (S) Mr. Shaw felt that their review of the files
was completed and that upon receipt of all the material that
they had clipped in CI Staff, OS and IG files they then would
make a decision as to whether any further discussion or review
would be necessary. The notes taken during the session were
given to who will review them before transmitting
to the SSCI staff or retention.
