Dear Keith:
As an additional detail in the continuing saga of Title
IV, I have been advised that Section 424(3) should. more
providently authorize;
to provide and receive technical information of
assistance to or from the Passport Office of the
Department of .State, the Immigration and Nafi;_ur_ali_ :za-?~
tion Service, and other federal agencies outside
the Intelligence Community, in carrying out authorized
responsibilities.
In addition, I note that the reference to subsection
(a) in Section 421(e) no longer makes sense and should be
deleted. I
