Participants will e drawn from various elements of the Intelligence Community--including CIA, DIA, State, and RAM NIT, NSC, and Congressional Staffs--who share an interest in the topic. The purpose of the seminar is to illuminate the issue of why and-how the value of HUMINT should be measured.
