SEMINAR ON HUMINT EVALUATION
The Center for the Study of Intelligence is sponsoring
a two-day seminar (11-12 December) on the subject of
Evaluating Human Source Intelligence. Participants will
e drawn from various elements of the Intelligence
Community--including CIA, DIA, State, and RAM NIT, NSC,
and Congressional Staffs--who share an interest in the
topic. The purpose of the seminar is to illuminate the
issue of why and-how the value of HUMINT should be measured.

-- Share experiences with past and current evalua-
tion practices and systems;
-- Explore methods and techniques which might con-
tribute to the development of more useful
