Mr. Elliff said the SSCI and Senate Judiciary have named conferees; conference date has not been set pending naming of House Judiciary conferees. Representative Robert McClory's (R., Ill.) motion to instruct House conferees to remain firm on Ertel amendment to H.R. 7308 regarding "special court" is due on House floor on Tuesday, 26 September. LIAISON Called Beverley Lumpkin, o ions Subcommittee on International Organizations staff, to tell her that the permission which had been sought in a letter from Chairman Donald M.
