25X1 4. Received a call from Mike I-Iershrn.an, House
International Relations Subcommittee on International Organizations staff,
x equesting that arrangements be made for Flershman to intervie` 25
25X1 former Agency employee, now residing in Portland, Oregon.
25X1 will be present during the briefing which
will be held some time next week at a Federal Building in Portland.
25X1 5. ) Cliff Fowler, GAO, called to inform that
he is sending the draft GAO report on II to other agencies for review
with the paragraph that we raised objections to due to intelligence sources
and methods omitted.

6. In response to a call from Paul O'Connell,
Senate Select Committee on Ethics, a letter from Don Sanders to nze
requesting information concerning the Committee' s investigation of the
leak of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence oil study was picked
up this morning.
25X1 7. LIAISON Called Bill Hogan, House
Armed Services Committee staff, and reported to him my meeting with
Representative Ronald V. Dellums (D., Calif.) on his request for infor-
mation regarding alleged CIA support
25X1 8. LIAISON Called Tom Latimer, Staff
Director, House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, and
explained to him my meeting with Representative Ronald V. Dellums
(D., Calif.) in response to his request for information concerning
25X1 allegations of CIA support I also told him that I had
explained to Representative Dellums that we hoped all requests for
operational information would be channelled through the oversight
committees and I told Latimer that he might receive a request for
information from Representative Dellums.

9. LIAISON Called Lefty 'Andes son, on
the House Appropriations Committee Surveys and Investigations Staff,
and explained to him our needs to move the safes in which the Staff's
material was stored and asked if he had any objections and he said
he had none.
