In response to your recent letter and pursuant to the 31 August 1977 Memorandum of Understanding between the Attorney General and the Senate Select Committee on Ethics, I have reviewed y memorandum and supporting ATINTL material on I as supplied to the Senate Select committee on Ethics by the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. I find that she does meet the requirements of Executive Order 10450 for access to classified information up to and including Top Secret. She also meets the criteria for access to sensitive compart- mented information as set forth in Director of Central Intelligence Directive No. 1/14, dated 13 May 1976. 2. In accordance with the verbal understanding between the Senate Select Committee on Ethics and this Agency, returned herewith is the summary memorandum containing the results of the investigation and supporting material on the above-mentioned individual.
