Air Force Casernes: group of buildings; some completed,

sides of the highway, nt. 1, abovej, There was one
large completed building on the east side of the high-
way, 40-50 m. x 20 m., four stories high, straight
roof, with several garages attached. On the west side
of this highway were four to five barracks, 30-40 s
10 x 5 m., one story high, stuccoed brick, and low-
pitched, gabled roofs, where airmen, WAFS, and students
from the Advanced Pilot School were billeted. Several
more barracks were still under construction.
