Air Force Caserne: twO buildinge three stories high; descrip-
tion follows:
a. Barrack: 50 x 15 x 15 - 20 in.; painted with dark brown
oil base preservative; gable roof; kitchen, dining room,
and mess office on first floor; school office and five
class rooms on second floor; sleeping accommodations
for 120 pilots and students on third floor.
b. Administration Building: dark green; two-story; 40 x
15 - 20 in.; gable roof; offices of the STB, motor
transportation, finance, and guard room on the first
floor; office of the airport commander and officers'
dining room on second floor. Telephone control and
teletype facilities were located here. (All buildings
were connected by telephone.)
Road; crushed rock for a distance of one kilometer from
7a1Ff1eld, changing to asphalt to Humpolec; five meters wide;
good condition; lined with trees on both sides.
