I cannot give the number of hours or the procedures used in teach-
ing each subject; however, there were no specific hours for teach-
ing any subject. The progress of the class determined the number
of hours spent on each subject. I was given a final examination
in the above before my graduation from the school. The examination
order was.numbered 076 and was signed by Poland's Minister of
Defense. The entire examination took eight days to complete and
lasted eight hours each day.
GRADING SYSTEM.-
2.. The grading system was as follows,.
1. Very Poor -- Failing
2. Poor - Failing
3. Fair - Passing
4. Good
5. Very Good
A student who obtained a final grade of 2 in piloting graduated as
a commissioned officer without flying status. Political training
was considered the most important course. A student who obtained
a final grade of 2 in political training repeated the course; after
a second failure in the course, the student was considered politi-
cally unreliable. A final grade of 2 in political training and 3
in piloting, resulted in automatic elimination of the student.
Final grades of 2 in any two subjects other than piloting or poli-
tical training, also resulted in automatic elimination.
