A considerable influx of new candidates would be necessary in the'event that this expansion would take place. Comment: The report of firing of torpedoes in the Oksywie area n cstes that the Polish Navy has made efforts to employ the former German installations. Graduates of the Naval Specia- list School in Ustka probably receive their practical training in this manner. The source of the torned?es may be the main Naval ordnance supply depot Enclosures: 1.
