guards armed with pistols and believed to be members
of the Securitate on duty inside building.

III GENERAL INFORMATION:
In August or September 1953, Engineer JUGANARU, from the 25X1

regard to industrial safety measures and to determine what steps
had been taken to organize the Technical Section of the installation.

chemical combines in Rumania in regard to production of strategic
chemical products.
