1. My recollections concerning the Hungarian Air Force chain of command are
summarized in the chart herewith See Enclosure7. It is noteworthy that the
Air Force (as well as the ground forces) is administratively and operationally
subordinate to the Home Defense Ministry, but also receives instructions
directly from the Political Leader.
2. I cannot specify the Corps and Divisions which comprise the Hungarian Air Force.
Nor am I able to recall any air units by name and number excepting the follow-
ing training units:
