2, Railroad station for freight and passenger trains. ;t has about 60 tracks in the
station yards.
3. Factory. Freight and passenger railroad cars are built here. Locomotives are
, repaired in this factory.
4. Tobaccolfactory. This is the second largest tobacco factory in Rumania.
5. Factory. Miscellaneous machine parts and wagon wheels are made here.
6. Factory. Produces industrial alcohol, chiefly from potatoes. It is locattd
about one kilometor west of the railroad station (2).
7. Artificial gas works. Gas is derived from coal.
6. Factory. Fertilizers are made here. The city mule lead, to this factory and
sewage is re-processed for fertiliser.
9. Main harbor on the city canal. This canal empties into the Begej River.
10. Match factory. .It is located two blocks west of the main harbor.

13. Factory. Manufacturis farm machinery; including steam powered tractors and hand
tools.
