prior to bombing a certain area in
Nor Korea,tJnited Nations aircraft will fly over the tentative target and
25X1 drop leaflets to the civilians warning them that the area they are in is
scheduled to be bombed that night or the next day. These leaflets are
25X1 dropped as warning notices that the UN does not want, to harm the civilians
and request that they evacuate the tar et area.

Army. This is due to many young men hiding out in the mountains or escaping
to bout, Korea. Those who are drafted are picked up by the authorities under
the name of "volunteers for the unification of the Chosen People's Republic".
