SUBJECT Annual Report of the Subcommittee on
General Economic Analysis for FY 72
1. There was no activity in FY 72 under Items A--1
through A-8 of the Annual Report.
2. I recommend that the Subcommittee on General
Economic Analysis be disbanded forthwith. In the last
few years its activity has been confined to occasional
reviews of economic research proposals. If a research
proposal needs to be reviewed in the future, the
parent ETC Committee could presumably handle the task,
the more so because members of the Subcommittee often
double in brass as members of the EIC. 25X1A9a
