SUBJECT: Interchange Agreement with the Civil Service
Commission
1. Mr. Harry Fisher telephoned this morning to
tell me that he had been in touch with Mr. Bernard Rosen
at the Civil Service Commission concerning this Agency's
interest in working out an interchange agreement through
an Executive Order. Mr. Rosen indicated that Mr. Harold Leich
is the man at the CSC with whom I should discuss the course
of action to obtain such an agreement. Mr. Leich is on
extension 2+628 at the CSC.
2. Mr. Fisher also said he was forwarding to
25X1A9A my memorandum dated 22 March 1971 and advising
25X1A9A
that I would be in touch with him concerning our going together 25X1A9A
to visit Mr. Leich at the Civil Service Commission.
