MEMORANDUM FOR: Deputy Chief, Plans and
Reviewing Staff
SUBJECT: Legality of Proposed Changes in Agency
Travel and Home Leave Regulations
1. We have reviewed the substantive proposals forwarded by
your routing sheet of 11 September which set forth proposed changes
to the Agency travel and home leave regulations. We believe there
exists legal authority to implement the proposed changes.
Z. As stated in our memorandum of 25 July 1967 (OGC 67-
1190a), we believe the approval of the DDCI would be necessary with
regard to item I(1). Item 11(2) would also require the DDCI's approval.
