Qualified Scientific Personnel (Job 7655)
FOR YOUR INFORMATION
1. Attached is the subject proposal initiated by the Office
of Personnel. The regulation is being revised to conform to Federal
Government policies affecting Specially Qualified Scientific (SPS)
personnel and to more accurately reflect Agency policy for administering
its SPS employees. We propose to declassify this regulation.
