ld The Director desires that all candidates for appointment at
the supergrade level be considered in his office before a commitment
to employ is made to the individual concerned,
20 The Request for Personnel Action (Form 1152) for the appoint-
ment of an individual as a supergrade or to the SPS Schedule must be
forwarded to the Director of Personnel before employment negotiations
are concluded by the operating officials concerned. In accordance
with references (a) and (b), the Director of Personnel will review
such requests and forward them with his comments to the Director for
consideration..
