STATINTL This morning I telephoned ROB and told her
STATINTL that the rewording suggested by c/ DDO was acceptable. I also
told her that OP requests publication of the changes notwithstanding
the nonconcurrence registered by D/OPPB on 11 June 1973.
I explained again that the proposal was initiated in response
to a recommendation by the IG which had been agreed to by the ADD/M&S
and OGC.
