Claim for Back Pay
have received your memorandum of 12 December 1977
concerning your eligibility for back pay. As a result of recent
media coverage on the subject, we have had several requests for
retroactive temporary, rpromotions for oitended details to higher
graded jobs. All of these claims have been denied insofar as th
are based on Ccq troller General decisions B183086 and B184990.
Attached is a s rization of the pertinent regulations and
rationale for denial which we have provided individuals who have
submitted formal clam on this subject.
