vasion of privacy. Testimony was heard from Carl W. Clewlow, Deputy
Assistant Secretary of Defense for Civilian Fersannel Folicy; and
Frank Bartimo, ,Assistant General Counsel for Manpower, Office of
Secretary of Defense. Following the executive ses$iou the submommittee
met in open session and heard further testimony on the bill from
