a. Approved as amended. -
b. The Chairman commended those who had participated
in the preparation of this estimate, and noted that, in the present
situation, the IAC members might be called upon to validate this
estimate on very short notice.

in item 2 (Watch Committee Report):
(1) Subparagraph b -- amend the first sentence to read:
"The Chairman noted that the conclusions of the annex were
substantially estimative in nature, and queried whether such
estimates should not have the approval of the IAC in a formal
meeting. "
(2) Subparagraph d -- amend the statement within the
parentheses in lines five and six to read: "(This is standard
practice under NSCID No. 1, para. 6. )"
