Proposed Revisions of NSCID No. 1 for Accomplishing
Merger of IAC and USCIB
1. Attached is a memorandum from General L. K. Truscott
proposing certain revisions in the new NSCID No. 1 for accomplishing
the merger of the IAC and USCIB.
2. This matter will be placed on the agenda of a joint
IAC-USCIB meeting at an early date. General Truscott has indicated
that his assistants F- I
will be available for consultation if members of the AG or USCIB or
their senior staffs desire to discuss or clarify any portion of these
proposed revisions prior to their consideration in the joint meeting.
