I. Recently (see report 0 the Belgian members of
t ha International Po cue Force . n aragier drew up a plan for
the reorganization of the police force designed to eliminate
French control In the force. The plan was submitted to
Admiral Dais de Magalhaes Correa, Administrator of the Zones
at the suggestion of Major Louis AA_rtou `a, French a seistant Chief

2. Source reports that If the Administrator decides against the
reorganization plans an attempt will be made by Carlos do

to bring the matter before the Committee of Control*
3. In a letter written recently to dmond de Beauverger, French
Consul General in Tangier, the Belgian Consul General stated
