2. An outstanding feature o." this new reorganization to the double assignments
given to several department heads. The explanation for this is they lewk of
politically reliable personnel and properly qualified individuals on whom
the various political parties could aLLreo. The double assigsnrW are as
follows:

3. The exact location of the First and Sixth Divisions of the Hungarian Am ,,V, both
in the Trransdanubiet region, are not known since these divisions Mango their
