Importance is attached In Innsbruck economic circles to two mawre.nda, pre pared by Dr. Jaconoik, a native of South Tirol and forassr Heimsehr linieter. Jaconoik proposed thatt a. The economic relations between North and South Tirol be modelled on thane existing between the ftiss Canton of Geneva end the neighboring ench zones of Cox, St. Julien and St, Gingolph; b. Xnnabruck become the center of the economic exchange between North and South Europe. 3.. Graf Trapp and Dr. Augenthaler,, who is about to replace Ingegnere Leon as head of the Tirolese Office for Foreign Trade, center of economic exchange between the north and south. 4. Through TTngeg Leon, Jaconoikt s ideas have been disclosed to certain Treratiner deputies to the Rem Parliament, who accepted them with enthusiaasm. There is little doubt therefore that they are known to the Italians. 5, To date the South Tiralese leaders have been given only a brief sumsary of Jacasnsikts ideas. Their reaction is eat negative.
