1. Opposite the Finnish frontier, there are three main Russian military headquarters,
via., Ui rsnsk, Soroka (64(0 30' H, 350 E), and Petrozavodsk. There is a smaller
headquarters at Suoyar- i (62? 15' u, 320 30' 3). It is estimated that the number
of officers at the =.v:; -nsk, Sorokka, and Fetrozavodsk headquarters is sufficient
to staff eight to tan divisions. Them are very few armed soldiers to be seen
near these headquarters, but there are sizeable arias and an=lnitiozri dumps. The
officers carry out frequent reconnaissance and topographical trips towards the
West.
