1. Minister Dr. Prokop Drtina negotiating for the National. Socialist Party arrived
at a coopromise with the Cos set Party on the fate of General Sergei Ingr,
Minister of National Defense of the ExIle Govern nt in London.
2. General Ingr refused to yield to pressure asking for his retirement. The fallow-
ing arangemea-at was worked out: The General will take a' diplccatic assignment as
adnister to 'pt for one year, maintaining his position in the armor the while.
After this yoar o W f I return to active service in the army. As highest rankti g
officer the dolicate problem of placing hint wri1l then- have to be faced.
