. Austrian cabinet decided to take action on this matter at its meets pg on 12

2. Minister Krauland suggested that the Austrian Goverment stop all deliveries
of raw materials to this factory. If the Russians still persisted in their
policy of immediate confiscation, then the Austrian Count could take
more drastic steps and cut off Rofherr-Schrantz's power supply.
3. Kraulaad's proposal was unanimously adopted by the cabinet. Minister Altm

Krauland also proposed that a press conference be called so that all the
known facts might be threshed out publicly.
