associations in other democratic countries, particularly in the
United States; translation into Annamese of American books, par-
ticularly those dealing with democracy and the functioning of
government in Eras countries; translation of Annamse rks into
English with an effort to arouse American interest in Anna se

(b) Peaceful propaganda against Marxism in. French Indo China. For
this purpose, books tiich analyze Gom=nim and illustrate its
failure will be trans3ated into Anse and given as broad a
distribution as passible.
