1. A large number of Russian Infantrymen are equipped with the German machine
pistol ">'kurmowehr 440. Others have been issued the machine gun *15 Dreyse"
(sic).
2. Engineering vita are being trained with the improved German "Panserfattst
44" (Bazooka). The weapon is extremely accurate at a range of 30 to 40 meters
and is fairly accurate up to 60 meters; the maximum range is 100 meters. In-
struction relative to this weapon is chiefly concerned with its use against
machine gum nests, fortified positions and trenches, in house to house fighting,
and as an anti-tank- weapon,
3. German 9.&m and 10.E anti-aircraft guns are included in the equipment of
Russian anti?airor ft units. May of these units a;eo also equipped with
German 2cm quadruple anti-aircraft gins.
4. Germ= armored vehicles, such as the "Panther", the "gonigstisgei, and %"450X`1-HUM
"Sturmgeschs tg type P-4". are used by Russian Panser Units.
