Before the war this refinery was managed by ASTRA and is now managed by Yugo-Petrol - a Yugoslav state organization. Crude oil supplies are rime furnished by Rumania. Payment is effected under a Russian controlled barter agreement whereby fugoslavia furnishes Rumania with railway sleepers and wood planks. In 19461 the monthly capacity of the refinery varied between 2,500 and 3,000 tons. The storage tanks are constructed of 13 mm.steel plates. Six are 6.20 meters high by 9.20 meters in diameter. Nine tanks are 5 meters high by 7.05 meters in diameter. A.1 Refinery at Caprs,? 2. This refinery was the property of the Shell Company before the war, and is now the property of the Yugoslav state, managed by Yugo-Petrol. Crude oil supplies come from Rumania. Before the war the normal production figlee varied between 4,500 and 5,000 tons per month. During the period from April 1946 to December 1946, production fell to between 1,500 and 1,800 tons per month. This drop is attributed in part to smaller crude oil deliveries because of the scarcity of railway and river tankers as wael as the freezing of the Danube. About 850 workers are employed regularly_ and the number of casual hands varies. Storage tanks, constructed of 13mm. steel plates, are of two sizes: 5.50 meters high by 6.75 meters in diameter, and 6.25 meters high and 8.95 in diameter. Docunt NO C.:: Cle ?
